Who we are
Trynggi Technologies (“Trynggi”, “we”) operates trynggi.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you submit a requirement we collect your voice recording or written description, name, phone number, and optionally your email, city, profile and preferences. We do not require you to create an account.
Why we use it
Only to understand your requirement, contact you, prepare proposals and deliver services you agree to. Recordings are transcribed and translated by trusted service providers so our team can understand them.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as speech-to-text, AI processing and email delivery) and, with your agreement, with partners needed to deliver your project. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the channels on our Contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.
Security
We use encrypted connections and reputable providers to protect your information.
